Terms & Refund Policy

1. Who we are

These terms apply to purchases from The Calm Scale AI ("we," "us," "our"). By completing a purchase or paying an invoice, you ("you," "your") agree to these terms. You can reach us anytime at calmscaleai@gmail.com.

2. The DIY Kit ($49)

The Lead Follow-Up Kit is a digital product. It includes a Setup Guide, an automation blueprint, a Form Builder script, and a lead sheet template. It's delivered by email right after purchase, in the version you choose at checkout (Loan Officer, Real Estate Agent, or General Business).

All sales are final. Because the kit is delivered instantly and can't be returned, we don't offer refunds once your purchase is complete. There are two exceptions:

• If you don't receive your kit, email us and we'll resend it or fix your access.
• If you're accidentally charged twice for the same kit, email us within 7 days and we'll refund the duplicate charge.

If you chose the wrong version at checkout, email us and we'll send the correct one at no charge. These same terms apply to the Kit + Website Template (section 5).

3. Your license to use the kit

Your purchase gives you permission to use the kit, and the website template if you bought it, for your own business, including publishing one website for yourself. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or give away the kit, the template, or their files, or offer them as part of your own product or service.

4. Done-For-You Setup ($125)

• Payment: paid in full before work begins.
• Refunds: you'll receive a full refund if you cancel before we begin work. Once work has started, the fee is nonrefundable.
• What's included: we set up the lead follow-up system in your own Google and Make accounts, personalize your welcome email, and test it before handing it over. Everything is handled by email, with no calls required.
• What we need from you: your business details for the email, and a few approval clicks so the system can connect to your accounts. We never ask for your passwords.
• If we don't hear from you: if we're waiting on something from you and don't hear back for 30 days, your project will be closed and the fee isn't refundable. Just email us to pick back up.

5. Kit + Website Template ($175)

• What's included: everything in the DIY Kit, plus a ready-made one-page website template for your version (Loan Officer, Real Estate Agent, or General Business) with a lead form built in, a Website Setup Guide, and a copy-and-paste AI personalization prompt. Everything is delivered by email right after purchase.
• All sales are final. It's a digital product, so the same refund terms and exceptions as the DIY Kit apply (section 2).
• It's do-it-yourself. You personalize and publish the website yourself, following the guide. We don't build, host, or maintain it. If you'd like the lead system set up for you, Done-For-You Setup is available separately.
• Hosting and domains: the guide shows you how to publish your site in your own free Netlify account. Any domain name, paid hosting plan, or other third-party cost is optional and billed directly by that company. Free plans have usage limits set by those companies, which may change.
• Your website content: you're responsible for everything on your published site, including your details, photos, and any licensing, advertising, or disclosure requirements for your business. If you use an AI tool to personalize your site, review its work carefully before publishing.

6. Your accounts and your responsibilities

The system runs in your own accounts (such as Google and Make), and you own your lead list. You're responsible for:

• Following the laws and rules that apply to your business and your marketing, including email marketing laws, texting and calling rules, and your industry's or state's advertising requirements (for example, NMLS or real estate license disclosures).
• The wording of your emails and how you use your leads' information.
• Keeping your accounts secure and your connections active (for example, reauthorizing Gmail in Make when prompted).

Nothing we provide is legal or compliance advice.

7. Third-party services

The system uses services from other companies, such as Google, Make, Stripe, Netlify, and AI tools like Claude. We're not affiliated with them, and we don't control their features, pricing, free-plan limits, or availability. If one of them changes how their service works, parts of the system may need updates. We'll do our best to help, but we're not responsible for changes, outages, or costs from those services.

8. No guaranteed results

The system is designed to help you respond to leads faster, but we can't guarantee any particular number of leads, sales, or results. The kit and services are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Payment disputes

If something isn't right, please email us before contacting your bank. Most problems can be solved quickly. If a valid purchase is disputed, we'll respond to the dispute and may share records such as your agreement to these terms at checkout and proof that your kit or service was delivered.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you made your purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
